Yewbdar Taddesse is a social scientist with more than fifteen years of experience in social science field. She was serving as Planning and Evaluation Expert in public organisation (Lideta Sub-City Administration, Addis Ababa) for six years and she was nominated as best performing worker in 2012.
After she completed her Master of Science in Development Economics from Addis Ababa University, Yewbdar has been working as Researcher of Agricultural Economics for the Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research. She is well experienced researchers in quantitative and qualitative research analysis using tools such as STATA, EViews, and ATLAS.ti and R-software alongside foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence applications.
Her work focuses on generating evidence-based insights that support agricultural transformation, market integration, social inclusion, and institutional development. As Program Coordinator at AfriGene Harvest, Yewbdar coordinates projects, programs, and organizational activities while supporting strategic planning, scheduling, and program implementation.
